Grabbed my Mazdaspeed injectors out of the trunk and tossed them in the turbo ‘91. Seems to have fixed quite a few issues and the car now happily drives on 6 pounds of boost. Now I just need to take the exhaust manifold off and smooth the flange surface off and this car will be done. One of the injectors I took out had a ganked up tip that could have been part of the reason the NA ran so poor.
Friend down the street has a much nicer turbo setup. He was blown away by how fast mine is on such a low budget, though.

The Miata is the only one up for sale and it’s plain and obvious that in its broken state it wasn’t going to sell, so I’m doing some work on it. Girlfriend is driving the Buick right now and the Sentra is waiting for the title to get back from the state.

Funny... I just logged onto Oppo for the first time in a week and a half and in my notifications I saw your reply to my old inquiry about this car. I was in Germany on vacation, so nothing got done on the car front but now that I’m back I’m going to mention it to him again.

So I just got back from Germany and logged onto Oppo this AM, and my only notification was you saying you hadn’t sold the car, and then I see this.
Since I was out of town nothing happened on the car front, but now that I’m back I’m going to talk to my friend about your car.

Anyways, what’s going on with the Miata? It seems like you’ve put a fair bit of work into it during the last week. Are you still thinking of selling it?
